Our Tautai Ecological Mentoring Model is designed to unite and increase the visibility of Pasifika Young People, families and communities through our programs and services. The model recognises the strength of the village to support our young people.

The ecological model begins at the red-base delivering our in-school program Tautai LEAD, through small group mentoring, focussing on ones core cultural identity.

Building on Tautai LEAD are our offerings within Tautai EXCEL (green). This is a range of programs and spaces that strengthen the gifts, talents and interests of young people, we draw on the expertise of our community leading in a variety of vocational and recreational areas of interest.

Finally Tautai ALL OUT (blue) is our community outreach program that offers a space of social connection and wellbeing through various activities.

Overall the Tautai Ecological Mentoring Model draws on the collective strength of our community to journey alongside and empower our young pasifika people to thrive.
